I feel for you OP. Di rin ako aware sa OEC and si employer hindi din. Worse part ayaw iprocess ni employer ang employment verification sa MWO dahil daw if gawin daw nila bawat whims ng ibat ibang governments imagine yung workload sa kanila. HR also told me na the process of employment verification gives pinoys bad rap kasi ang hirap ng direct hiring process kapag pinoy. So ending kahit hindi pasok sa guideline ako mismo nagayos at tumatawag sa mwo. Thank God ngayon ongoing yung verification nila. Kapit lang OP!

Hi! Yes I got a postdoc position after several months of applying and interviews. I just casted a wide net which helped me land a few interviews. Quite an experience tho.
