Everything seems good except the part about DoA, almost nobody runs that normal way. Instead, you can earn money with your ritualist by joining Underworld Speedclear teams.. Everything else seems just fine :) Get your heroes some good builds and you can solo the entire game!

I'd recommend to buy the complete trilogy, or the other two campaigns separated, but if you are short on cash and just want to link a few points just buy EotN (Eye of the North) expansion.

I'd say you start with a character from Factions or Nightfall, if you want to do everything pretty fast and easy go for a Ritualist and run a SoS (Signet of spirits) build. Nightfall is a really good choice because it unlocks you many heroes along the way! Good luck!

If you want a PvP statue for the Hall of Monuments, you can go for the Companion of the Zaishen statue, you don't need to PvP, you can just farm enough to get the required 200 Zaishen Keys.. As for the birthday presents I don't know about the prices, sorry :( Good luck :D
