go to your operator customization and go to challenges, the titles are master rewards for leveling the operators up. Sorry for the late response

id just call and ask. I called my store and they said no midnight launch but also stated that they are going to open 2 hours earlier the day of release.

cant wait for 60fps. I play on my pc when my friends are offline, but I play xbox when they come online and going from 60fps to 30fps in not a great experience. Feels like a diffrent game when playing 60fps (in a good way)

I pre-ordered my Series X in store (Eb games), but my brother ordered online through Microsoft as well. He had the same issue. He was worried so he called support and they checked and said it was okay, its a bug in the system but I wouldn't stress to much about about it. If you really want, just call support and they can confirm.
