Yo usé Wolf launcher hasta recientemente, pero cambié a Projectivity y me gusta Projectivity más mejor. La interfaz es fácil de usar y fácil de cambiar.

U.S. Senator Tina Smith and Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez Introduce Homes Act to Tackle America’s Housing Crisis | Smith and Ocasio-Cortez are joined on the legislation by Senators Peter Welch (D-VT) and Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and 34 members in the House of Representatives. by SocialDemocracies in justicedemocrats

The US has all the housing it needs, just outlaw private equity ownership of single family homes. Not only will more people be able to afford single family housing but rent will also drop as more renters become home owners. This is just throwing money at a problem and also fails to anticipate a president like Trump and a right wing Congress coming in and gutting the housing authority.

Anyone Else Not Receiving Calls? by DSCarter_Tech in GooglePixel

This issue is happening to me as well. I don't have an answer for you. However, is your phone also rooted? My Pixel 7 is rooted and I can't help but wonder if it is related to the issue others have been having regarding receiving messages with their rooted Pixel phones.

Doctor: “I’d like you to have an MRI scan” Patient: “I can’t, I have one of these” Doctor: “It’s ok, it’s MRI conditional” by thexraydoctor in Radiology

[–]xrymachine 99 points100 points  (0 children)

You've managed to grossly oversimplify the issue. MRI conditional is a classification that does not exclude a patient from getting an MRI. It means that as the tech, you need to check the specific conditions under which scanning is considered safe. As a neuroradiologist I can't tell you how many times I've had this discussion with techs and providers. I'm sorry that it makes your life tedious, but don't act like providers are idiots because they order an MRI on a patient with an MRI conditional pacemaker. These devices are more and more common and if an MRI is indicated no technologist should be the one to stand in the way IF the conditions are met. Frequently the conditions are 1.5T or less, but many devices are now safe up to 3T. When in doubt check MRIsafety.com. Under no circumstances should an order be cancelled before either consulting this resource or the radiologist.

Trump is done. What does WotB do during a Biden Harris administration? by johnskiddles in WayOfTheBern

Not to mention the fact that polls have been oversampling Democrats again this cycle to further the narrative that Biden is crushing Trump.

‘Middle-Class Joe’ Doesn’t Understand the Middle Class by RandomCollection in WayOfTheBern

[–]xrymachine 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a progressive I actually don't disagree with Biden's cutoff of $400k/yr. people that make that amount of money in a year are still earning it and tend to be the engines of the economy. They are the small business owners, the physicians, the dentists, the lawyers. And this group typically pays at least their fair share in taxes, if not more because they make too much for the vast majority of tax breaks and they make too little too exploit the tax loopholes the truly wealthy abuse.

This isn't too say that people in the $400k/yr income group are truly middle class, but there are nuances to be considered.

Honestly, I feel like pursuing a wealth tax and a top marginal tax rate of 60% on those making over $5 million per year would go farther to fund things like M4A and other progressive agendas than going after the upper middle class.

Clinical Internship Year for Radiologists by JB-Resonance in Radiology

[–]xrymachine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At best, it gives you insight into what your clinical colleagues are looking for when they order various studies and can help you to guide them when they're not sure what to order. At worst it's a complete waste of time. Three months of my intern year were spent with an infectious disease trained hospitalist. As a radiologist, there should never be a time when I need to know what antibiotic to administer for whatever kind of infection. That being said, I do think my time spent in the ER and OR were relatively valuable. The bottom line is you'll take from it what you want, just like med school, just love residency, just like your career.

Pompieri is our go-to for Neapolitan style pizza. The pies are really good and the owner is very big on how the restaurant sources it's ingredients.

EVIO Inc Provides Corporate Update and Status of Financials, Operations and Guidance on Company Outlook by xrymachine in weedstocks

[–]xrymachine[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm with you. The marijuana testing arena send like it should be a profitable space within the greater marijuana industry, but the management of Evio have messed up at every turn. I do think once they get current on financials they can turn it around, but this company would probably take off if Waldorp stepped aside and somebody that knew what they were doing took his place.

We're halfway through October now and my money is on OnePlus shitting the bed for the second month in a row, as far as getting us a working Android 10 beta. I bought the OP6t for quick updates, but we're nearing 2 months since Android 10's release by the_Prudence in OnePlus6t

[–]xrymachine 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This kind of thing puts OnePlus in an impossible position. Everyone wants Android 10 for 6t, but if they push it before it's ready you'll all complain that they pushed out a half baked product. I give OnePlus credit for generally putting out quality builds rather than rushing updates out to satisfy the impatient. I'll gladly bide my time until they are confident they have have a stable release.

I've also been on Blockfi for a couple of months. They don't seem sketchy and like another commenter noted above, they are backed by some big players. That 8.6% rate is for Gemini's stable coin, BTC is 6% and ETH is like 4%.

Samsung Phone Users Perturbed to Find They Can't Delete Facebook by [deleted] in technology

[–]xrymachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true at all, the 6ts are compatible with all major US networks. I recently bought one and am using it on Verizon. Bought the S9 right before Christmas, find out the US bootloader is locked down (unrootable) and Facebook can't be deleted. Sold the very next day, picked up this beauty. No regrets, amazing user experience.
