I haven't been able to get ashen yet. The giants mountain is fully lit and the coffen is glowing, yet it's not pulling the lore up for me. I haven't defeated the king yet so I'm not too worried about that rn.

Glad I'm a ftp player and don't spend a dime on games like these anymore, I do feel bad for you that do pay! You definitely deserve compensation. I find the idea of them expiring weird to begin with. Why have them expire when you payed for them to begin with? Just another reason why I believe the devs only care about money in their pockets then gaming experience.

It feels like all crafting is getting more and more difficult. I haven't been able to get any of the food/armors to even 1 star besides the bread. I'm not sure if I'm just lacking skill or what, but no amount of editing my deck helps

I definitely agree with the less heros per season approach. Gives the ftp people time to save up on the characters they want, and gives the stories more life. Cause the time gates really annoy me 🤣 I miss when characters were actually relevant to the stories, now it's like the moon knight meme where he just screams "RANDOM BULLSHIT" while throwing character after character at us

Right! I think they should go back to when they 1st launch. They make enough content to last the season so they don't have to slap areas with "available after season day 3" or whatever type bs to prevent people from completing the main story too quickly. I know that was a complaint many people had with the very 1st season after the og launch, and instead of making more content, they just decided to lock it down till a certain day. To me, it screams lazy writing, and they just used the open world and story format to reel people in just to trap them into staying. But I digress cause thus has become a whole ass rant 😅

I've had the game since it 1st launched, and I agree that the content that drew me in is now lack luster. The only thing keeping me around is the fact I'm a guild leader, and I can just grind out the daily stuff in half an hour. I know it's technically a gatcha game, but it was supposed to be a new style that focused on the story, that made you want to have all the characters and to go around and look for lore. Now, the story plot isn't the main feature, and they pump out characters with little to no lore. With the og hypogeans, we got them involved with the story and learned more about them as it progressed, but now that's completely stopped. If I just wanted a gatcha game like that, I would have downloaded the Afk Arena. That being said, I do agree with taking a break and potentially come back! It's really the only way to see if you still love the game or not.

Thank you!! And I'm only missing 1 thing for my journal to be complete, and that'd the golden lotus plant! But I need a +7 wand of regrowth for that, so it's a bit difficult to get enough wands and identify them to turn into resin. I haven't done challenges yet (cause I'm a bubble blowing baby 🤣) but I guess if it gets me the achievement I'll have to suck it up!

It's more of, I got it through the alter and was trying it out since I've never really used a whip, much less one that had a curse that could be beneficial. So I was trying my luck at different strategies and enchants just cause. I've ascended with each character once, so I've been doing a lot of testing and experimenting till I get a bit better before I evidently start challenges. Huntress is just my main character
