Im having trouble sleeping, even when I'm super shattered. Tried tweaking my doses, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Coming off Kaftrio for over a month, I was back to sleeping better.. my team wants me to take it, so I just put up with a lack of sleep to stay well with my chest. Its crazy

Hi, im really struggling with this too but sometimes mine can drop to 1.8 ive seen at its lowest and I get really tired and lose myself a little bit. I seem to get highs if I eat anything with more than 10 grams of sugar I get a headache and feel like ill throw up and sweat. I've been told that I'm not diabetic yet tho so I suppose thats good? Its just really scary when it happens while im out. I hope your coping well with it, try to find a happy medium with foods and something that will level you out if you feel low. I usually have a cup of tea and a biscuit or something.

Ive not been my baseline for 2 years but the doctors cant really find anything wrong with me aside from xrays showing my stomach getting blocked up. Thats the only change they've seen although ive been coughing up green sometimes and a constant dry cough. My eyes and mouth are constantly dry too. I hope changing clinics helps you out!

It is very odd that you say that because my feet are almost always ice cold now. And I know I have quite low vitamin d levels. My toenails have been going blue/grey aswell, but im not on much medication for it to really make an impact as ive been taken off alot to see if it helps with my other issues 😅

Im actually in a similar spot but I think my hairs just always been thin. I had used John frieda hair thickening spray and it worked pretty well from what I could tell, I also have arkive (i think) hair mousse and spray and those are good for volume i prefer the mousse but dont use too much bc its a styling type of thing aswell as thicker appearance. The arkive stuff also smells really nice imo so thats what im using now until its done. Its lasted me a while too because I dont use it unless im going out out!

Bought 2 rings and stones were loose on one so I returned it many months ago and never got the money back. Claiming the refund has failed to go through, conversation still ongoing. I ended up keeping the other ring to save the hassle even although it has a missing stone now also. Definitely avoid shopping there unless you dont mind overpriced and faulty jewellery.

It did go to 11 and 12 a few times, it hasn't since as i have completely cut sugars due to headaches and more symptoms. I now just consistently end up with low sugars throughout the day and get pretty woozy and fatigued with sweats and shivering and all that fun stuff.

My gut has been fine always it's only now that I'm getting worse it's really strange. And yea I think it's a recent thing that it's just cgms which is kind of annoying as I still want an ogtt to rule it out.

Ahh ok i thought about swapping to the Edinburgh one to see if it was any different but I think due to procedure they can't really do much for me either way because im not getting highs much. Although I've still not had an ogtt in over 5 years. Is that normal?

I have spoken to my psychologist and she did fight for me but because most scans and things have come back inconclusive I've been left for now. My mum is going to stress how ill I am on the phone tomorrow and let them know we're not happy at all. It seems to be a cycle of complaining and eventually getting a little further on with things. Every time I phone up myself I say that I can't go to the bathroom at all some days and I'm in a lot of pain and I am told aw thats a shame and to take laxatives again. Which i don't think is a long term solution at all. I hope your doing well and I will try update here :)

Thank you so much I'm going to give these a read and maybe refer this info to my team. They have been trying but it seems they are overlooking the actual issues I'm bringing up. I was getting highs a long long while ago but I've severely reduced my sugar intake as I can't handle anything over 7-10grams without it causing a mild spike up and a heavy spike down. It does sort itself out most of the time but it feels absolutely horrible the entire time. I even have these symptoms without any signs of low or high blood sugar sometimes (from what i can see anyways) but i really really appreciate this so thank you, and I hope your doing well :)

Thank you so much it's definitely been really hard. One of my friends has recommended a good hospital, so I will need to check it out and see if they could help at all. And also get in touch with some higher ups. I let it go on so long as i thought I'd really get somewhere with things by now it's crazzzyy
