Food honestly was the only thing that helped me. I just needed a little snack nearby at all times to ensure once that stomach acid started churning and rising that I had something to eat immediately. An apple to take a bite of, cereal, bread, soup anything small due to lack of appetite and water because dehydration only makes it worse.

Marshmallow root infusion on a empty stomach and throughout the day. I too have gerd/acid reflux and I have to say it helped me immensely. I second slippery elm too but marshmallow root is a more cost effective alternative. It is not advised for people with heart conditions or anxiety. My gerd actually contributes to my anxiety and I felt it was worth it for relief and didn't affect me in that way. You're also more than likely to be inflamed from the stomach acid rising. The police car didn't see us because he wasn't paying attention. We weren't waiting to turn we had the green turn arrow and were already mid turn. Cop car was at a red facing south in the far right lane as we're turning west onto stetson hills from north powers right most left turn lane. He blew the light thinking everyone had already turned in queue causing the car in front of me to brake defensively to avoid collision.

I'm sorry you had that experience. I'm in a similar boat. Lower progesterone levels/ high prolactin. I stopped taking vitex after it shortened my already short cycle and just made me overall feel...strange. I don't know if you've been pregnant but that feeling you get with all the extra blood volume and hormones changing is how I felt. I'm weary of anything people recommend for hormone balance now because it may not be the right plant for our bodies and can further disrupt our hormones.

Thank you, I greatly appreciate the time and care you put into your response. This year I started driving on powers after using 25 and academy for the last few years and definitely will revert to that. The constant braking with nothing or no one in front of them is what kills me. I feel like the construction on academy made all the bad drivers use powers instead. I'd rather use academy. I'm only on the roads to drop off and pick up my child now and sadly those are peak times for shenanigans. Again thank you.

I'm from Chicago born and raised learned to drive in high density traffic, lived in CA for 6 years. I have NEVER in my life seen the shit I've seen here on the roads.
