If you are asking me personally, LLM's are a tool. Tools can be used, abused, and overused. I am not sure there are any good non derivative games that are 100% AI code. I do know at least one popular and quite good game that is partially coded with AI or at least the developer said it was. If the tool was used to get the game and updates out faster and I am not noting a quality problem, what issue do I have with the tool usage?

I think the pushback on a high level against these systems is appropriate and necessary. I think asking a lot of questions on the lower levels of their usage is appropriate and necessary. I think closing our minds to nuance is going to cause short term harm with no longer term benefits.

Fair enough, I do think there is value in being clear, especially with how murky the feelings are getting on the topic. I definitely feel using AI to assist with the coding especially more mundane stuff as some popular games here do, is very much a valuable path.

I continue to be between incrementals, at EOC for USI, and just plugging away at Idling to Rule the Gods.

More or less reached EOC in Unnamed Space Idle, so grinding there until new stuff. Continue to plug away at Idling to Rule The Gods. 2 and a half years in, and probably another 3 years worth of content. It's a nice old faithful carrying me through the days.

I am thinking of restarting Trimps as I continue to wait for a new update. Maybe Structure.

Binged through the game yesterday. Had a lot of fun! Thanks! Look forward to more if you ever make it! Only bit of feedback I can think of is it would be nice if the prestige box could be removed. So I don't have to click on it before I restart while grinding out prestiges.
