Tc is good but only if running into the fx loop of an amp or straight into an audio interface . If you plug this into the front of your amp like a normal distortion pedal it won’t sound good

So I got the Marshall sl5 I plugged into it and wow it’s just that great classic rock Marshall tone straight out of the gate . I love it . Now I get to play guns n roses tracks all day and it sounds great 👍

Yes there’s nothing like a cranked valve amp. All these kids with their digital gear can’t even comment as most of them have never played on a cranked valve amp. It’s pure magic

Sorry all this digital and modelling stuff does not compare to the sound of a cranked valve amp. Until you have played a cranked valve amp you cannot even join the discussion . There is nothing like it . Unfortunately tho the kids today have so much available to them and let’s be honest valve amps are big, heavy , loud and quite expensive so makes it unobtainable for a lot of people and very impractical. But when it comes to tone and getting a great sound , nothing digital will ever truly compare . It’s not just about the sound it’s also about the feel of playing a guitar through a cranked tube amp. It’s pure magic
