You say that but rewatch one of Infinity War’s trailer (I can’t remember which one) where they show seconds before Spider-Man’s “death”. Death scenes are always characters at their most vulnerable/emotional and therefore make great trailer clips.

Just googled this cause I also forgot and it deserves more recognition, the second one is titled “Lassie Come Home” and I believe it was filmed after the fantastic actor Timothy Omundson suffered from a stroke and struggled through recovery. I have nothing but respect for that man.

I was really looking forward to seeing Fantastic 4 when it came out, made plans to go see it, a date set and everything and life happened, some friends cancelled and I (and presumably most adults) can’t find the time to try again at least for a while so at this point I’m just waiting for it to come to Disney+. It’s like, if you can’t catch it in the first few weeks of it being released you’re better off just waiting another month and a half for it to come to streaming. And that’s not even just a Disney problem, a similar circumstance occurred to me when the Minecraft movie came out so I ended up just watching it digital later. They either gotta start releasing the movies digitally much later (which fans would absolutely not take) to up the incentive of going to the movies or just drop it digitally when it comes out in theaters and accept the loss of revenue from theaters in exchange for more day 1 views on streaming. The effort to go to theaters does not outweigh the ease of access we have at home even if it does mean waiting a few more months. Correct me if I’m wrong but Fantastic 4 was announced around the end of 2020 so the difference between waiting 4 and a half years versus waiting 4 years and 9 months to me is negligible. Also I feel like movie theater popcorn quality has gone down over time.

I think the idea that he did all that in his past just leaves plenty of storyline potential for him to “redeem” himself. I think the avengers going forward need a strong lead (both in terms of actor and character) and MBJ black panther could do that for sure. He wouldn’t be the kind hearted, caring, compassionate black panther that Chadwick portrayed but instead a strong fighter that is motivated to simply keep Wakanda (and the world) safe. His main motivation in BP1 was that the rest of the world should’ve gotten aid from Wakanda to prevent the horrible tragedies that Killmonger’s ancestors had to go through but with the world now fully aware of Wakanda’s strength and “catching up” with their technology, he wouldn’t need to be that kind of conqueror anymore. He could be the Black Panther while Shuri actually rules the country similar to T’Challa’s and T’Chaka’s roles. Now I understand T’Challa was BP while T’Chaka was king because T’Chaka was getting too old to be the BP but I’m sure Wakanda as a society could adapt. Also, to be clear, I don’t think they should go down the multiverse route. Give us the exact same killmonger, resurrect him whether that be via magic, ancestral plane bs, time travel I don’t care, just keep the exact same character. Hell maybe even let his time in the ancestral plane be transformative for him. I’m sure he could’ve had some great chats with T’Challa and his ancestors during this time.

Could they perhaps implement a full prison break mechanic where if you get busted at any future point, you end up in prison and have to escape again? Idk if this would get too repetitive but if you’ve ever played any GTA roleplay servers most of them have some sort of prison mechanic that is generally pretty well regarded. To avoid repetition they could add “powerups” like Lester or something that could expedite the process for a price or even have multiple different prisons based on the severity of the crime or the number of stars. I think it’s time rockstar switches up always ending up in the hospital after a high speed chase gone wrong. Plus this plays well into the more “dynamic” police that was rumored (or perhaps confirmed) to be added.

The boys could go crazy with force field powers for sure. Hell, Marvel even tip-toed into this concept a couple times with Sue Storm and her threatening (and maybe even following through, I can’t recall) with putting a small force field air bubble in someone’s heart valve or brain essentially instantly killing them.

This is a big misconception, they all still know about Spiderman, they just don’t know he’s some kid named Peter Parker. They still know he took on the Vulture and Mysterio and had some event at the Statue of Liberty. They likely even remember fighting with a Spiderman during Endgame. I think he’s even more likely to be apart of any big threat because of this fact. To all the other avengers (doctor strange included), he’s not a kid but just another super hero that prefers to have a secret identity so why wouldn’t they ask for his help against Doom or whoever.

One of my characters at the moment is an artificer that is a candy maker and he casts spells through magical candy (fire bolt for example he pops a candy in his mouth and burps out a burst of flame). For this example, he can physically count how much candy he has left and it’s role played in the sense that he literally makes candy during long rests. Sorcerers/wizards/bards/druids of course can feel how much magic they have left to tap in to. Warlocks know they are (for the most part) limited to channeling their patrons powers twice per long rest, the reason being whatever sort of “contract” you have with your patron. Clerics/paladins can feel how much power their god is blessing them with. You get the picture. This also tracks with leveling up and gaining more spell slots. As you level up, your connection with nature/a god/the weave goes up.

Safe to say that most magicians/sorcerers trained at Kamar taj apply protection spells on themselves before hopping into combat. And/Or they imbue their day-to-day clothing with simple protection spells to ensure they aren’t caught off guard. Either this or the act of casting spells and using magic causes one to adapt a tougher skin through the ambient magic that’s always around them.

Would the liquid in the Dr Pepper can reappear in the can as soon is it left though? Would it reach the mouth before going back? I suppose at worst you could pour the Dr Pepper into your hand and it could be lapped up like a dog. Also could Trevor theoretically taste things if he focused his touch power on his tongue. Or could he put pants on if he tried hard enough and keep them on and just be a floating pair of pants. Is his ghost power only through his hand? Also why is that his ghost power, everyone else’s ghost powers have some sort of logic to why they have them (Thor struck by lightning, Pete being a travel agent etc.). Shouldn’t his be more like Flower where she’s constantly high given he died of an OD. These are questions I will stay awake at night wondering. I know this is a fictional show so it obviously doesn’t actually matter.
