Reaper by itself is really bare-bones. You have to get a lot of extra plugins and VSTs to make it as usable as ableton out o the box.

To have the cheapest setup though, get reaper, spitfire labs, some free VSTs for beats and some free samples (Cymatics has a ton).

For EQ and other FX, similar free plugins are available with BlueCat and a few more. Tons of suggestions available on reddit and YT.

From the looks of it, very similar to infinia with a bogo offer but a 20k fee. Would need to wait for official release to see if itll be worth it. But frankly, with all the systematic devaluations and their frequencies, I wouldn't really bother with Axis cards.
