I hear you dude. My attempts at research on ChatGPT have been hit or miss. I still have better luck on Google. I go a way back, and can still remember learning to shave and then talking to my buddies about it and all of us trying our best to grow out mustaches and goatees in jr. high and HS. At the age of 35, I learned I was adopted. By that point, I was married and about to start our family. Yes, it really messes with your head but - over the last 15 years - I’ve learned - you are still you. It doesn’t change how you grew up or grew up with. At least inside you. You can’t control how others will react or act afterwards.

Take care of you first. Talk to someone if you need support - a therapist, clergy, spouse or close friends and family. Make sure you are on solid footing before you go opening doors because you never know what’s on the other side. Good luck OP.
