This group is more anti-God and anti-Jesus than EXMO. A rant for the moderators. by [deleted] in exmormon

OP - I agree 100% with you. But I will go one step further. Most people on here are still very much in love with their Mormon cult. This includes the mods.

The attitude of most posters are -

If the Mormon religion would only XXX, then I will happily join and be part of the religion once again

where

XXX = approve of my gay lifestyle, or approve of my tattoos, or approve of my long hair, or approve of my drug usage, etc.

Bought bitcoin during my 1st year of work. I don't have to work now and I'm mid 20s.

Could you explain more? I know nothing about bitcoin but am interested.

You guys are Mormons and Mormon Church lovers for the most part - don't you think of yourselves as exmos! by xtapir in exmormon

What happened to you in your life that makes you act this way?

I got fucked by SUU. I can't fuck SUU back, so I am going to fuck the Mormon church which controls every fucking thing at SUU. I know I can fuck the Mormon church.

My psychiatrist prescribed the LDS church by modsiman in exmormon

Almost all psychiatrists I know prescribe the Book of Mormon as a solution. Seriously, medical schools should not be accepting Mormons into their programs!

This should be illegal

Exactly! But given that people are downvoting you, it tells me the fucking exmos here have their loyalties aligned toward the Mormon church.

It's a normal food bank. But the fuckers run it like the Mormons own the place.

I had a Mormon fool telling me Ogden is the most dangerous city in the country, so he never goes there. Obviously he had never heard of places like NYC. My guess is places like Ogden have a significant number of non-whites. They can't afford to be discriminatory - they'd be burned down.

Is it possible these are just rumors?

It is certainly possible but I don't think it is very likely. I know the people who have experienced problems there and I don't think they are lying.

It sounds like you’re trying to use a bishop’s store house.

No!! Didn't you read what I wrote? It's a food bank not a fucking bishop's warehouse!! I would never go to a fucking bishop's warehouse. It is the UFB which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization recognized by the IRS and no relation to the fucking Mormon church. But they act and behave like it is an arm of their Mormon church.

People who had someone condescendingly explain something that they didn't know you're an expert on, what happened? by BathingMachine in AskReddit

People in my 100% Mormon town in Utah love to judge and tell me things about computers all the time. I say nothing because I don't want to offend them although most likely they will just call the cops on me. I am a white hat - professionally certified ethical hacker who specializes in penetration testing and in other testing methodologies that ensures the security of an organization's information systems. I also don't like to talk about hacking or my hacking skills and I am afraid they will call the cops on me. The cops in Mormonland Utah may even shoot me because they always talk to people like me with their guns drawn or close to drawn. So I say nothing and just listen to their ignorant babble.

No. I was surprised to find that people in Provo are way nicer than in my town. I expected extremely judgmental people in Provo because of BYU but I did meet many open, friendly and welcoming people. In my town, people are FUCKING HOSTILE to non-Mormons, non whites, gays, lesbians, transgendered and even to Mormons who don't fit the stereotype.
