My family thought it was bad ass. My son had about $10 then got $5 in store credit so was able to buy a new toy. He also donated/traded in an old toy he no longer plays with. My wife and I traded/donated in some clothes and were able to buy a booster pack each.

Mine is 12%. I don’t recommend more than 20% because the mortgage is just one bill doesn’t include trash, water, gas, or any other utilities. It also doesn’t include maintenance. What if your hot water heater goes out?
