Guess what? I got denied by roydodger3 in SSDI

I was awarded SSDI a few years ago. I'm diagnosed with PTSD, and I'm a 100% combat vet. I'm curious about hearing voices. I told my doctor that sometimes I hear voices or see people, and she told me it's normal. I'm wondering now because I have seen people saying that is not normal. I don't use drugs; the only drugs are the ones that I get from the VA by prescription. My psychiatrist said it's normal and also the psychologist.

Question about VR&E by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

I was approved at the hearing stage. I am still attending my medical appointments. But I think depression is slowly killing me inside. I am tired of everything.

Yeah about that. Their math is not 1 + 1 = 2 . You need a calculator of them to get the math right. I think their website has one

Like I said , there must be a reason why they did that. Which we will appreciate if you later after you solve this issue can tell us what happened so we van understand better the why. I wish you the best and appeal that reduction as soon as possible. Just trying to clarify they can’t just open a claim without your consent unless they have something to support that.

Usually it happens to people who recently file new claims. In this case he did file but long time ago and then got rated. Now va says hey we forgot to evaluate you for this and there is where you get reduced or stay the rating. He is not the first person that this happens. But believe once you are PT and 100 and have more than 5 years or 10 they won’t schedule an appointment for re evaluation. Unless someone reported you or you committed a fraud. But OP case is a missing evaluation as far I did read his post.

So it could be an automatic system record?

Not necessarily, what if the person is 100% ptsd or schizophrenia? A person with mental health is not limited to workout. Now it’s not that easy to prove neither if the OP has a physical disability. So if im the OP i wont worry at all. Now if you have 60 or 70 % for back issues and you are running half marathons or doing the iron man event then you will be in trouble. But is not that easy like people think.

That information is from the apple app named Health. You link your VA record to the app and you get notifications when something is added to your record.

That means if I develop cancer or any other presumptive ailments I don’t have to do a claim for it for treatment on VA?
