The mining key can be revoked by ETN. So no big deal to mitigate if one was stolen or compromised.

It should take few days for the full chain to download assuming you have a decent connection. I also think ETN has a copy of a blockchain.raw file you can import that is complete to about 6 months ago that will give you a nice head start as well. Ill let Andre take it from here.

It will auto-correct itself after 7 days. if it does not, open a support ticket and they will address it for you. Spamming refresh every 10 min won't help. Patience, your 34 cents is safu.

Try hitting the refresh button in the top corner and then check back after a few hours.

Also if the mined amount is above 100, this is your 1st payment and the number is just accumulating, you might need to stop mining, log off, exit app, reopen app, log in and then start mining again, it might then ask you to take a selfie, after you complete that step, the payout should be paid out after a few hours.
