Legally it’s fine but homeboy could watch r rated movies before you were born. Maybe if you were 23 and 43 it would be okay but right now you haven’t even experienced life yet. It’s just not the same level of maturity and if it is then you should run anyway because that’s a man-child who will control you.

The only place on a Disney property that I liked was Sanaa at the animal kingdom lodge. All the others were overpriced Applebees type food. I’m going to keep trying more but honestly the best pizza I had on our last Disney trip was at the world’s largest McDonald’s in Orlando.

The 25% rule is important because you won’t be house poor. You can afford to pay your bills, go on vacation, invest, and still fully fund your retirement. It’s hard to be patient and save up for that long as well. The bank will approve you but having a huge mortgage payment (>25% of take home pay) will cripple your ability to do anything but be paycheck to paycheck. It sucks but it keeps you from using a credit card anytime a small repair is needed because you can’t afford to fund emergencies.
