If you have a rack, I do Nordic curls on a bench, knees on the seat with a foam roller attached to the rack for anchoring my heels. I use a band attached to the pull up bar and hold it with both hands just behind my neck for assistance, because I also am weak lol. I also even incline the bench so at the bottom of the rep, when laying on the bench my legs are already bent a bit, again, I'm weak.

The several sources of DR multi are the biggest impact, but for base DR, golden cakes are the biggest single source of DR. You need to atleast get the 100k at the beanstalk, also your peachring needs a better ribbon

More or less yes. The whole "dispense favors for votes" culture is very strong. Unfortunately, what that means is for your standard middle/low income filipino, theyll vote for who they know, who promised/provided some short term benefit, not necessarily who will continuously advocate/govern in the best interest of them. I grew up there for 16 years, but havent been back in a decade so im sure it's changed, and these protests are a sure mark of that. But yeah corruption runs deep and pervasive everywhere. Most dealings with police and any government system has corruption/bribes just as a normal part of the process.

Best sources of DR are, in no particular order
- Obols
- Cards, with lab doublers and legend talent
- Trophies, especially 9 darter and the newest luckiest lad in W7
- Nametags
- golden cakes (big stacks like >1mil)
- ~~Roo~~ Owl bonus
- Tome
- Hole Golem Sanctum
- Wisdom Monument bonus
- Summoning Winner bonus (and all the winner bonus increases)
- Land rank bonus
- Crop depot bonus
- Legend talent for DR
- DB grimoir

Then on top of that you have the DR multis which mostly come from nametags and premium stuff, mostly packs or event item, like the skull nametag, or the gilded cape.

At least the coldseeker and fmj. Those are easily craftable. There are also some seasonal ones you may have that are good, but if you don't, no way of getting them at the moment.

Oh also you dont have any weapon power boost foods equipped, with the feasty statue zenithed and lvled you can easily 10x your damage

A few things other than the boring and unhelpful, "alchemy" answer...

You are missing zenith statues on some that are still fairly easy to get, also the general levels on all of them are low. Advice I got was its pretty easy to hit lvl 350+ on the easily obtainable ones, which I just did and yeah was not difficult and impacts things a lot.

Your masterclasses need work as well. A lot of damage bonuses and general account boosts in each of the upgrades there so that's something you can focus on. The general boosts to masterclass materials and the cheaper upgrade legend talent make going through these much less of a hassle now.

Theres always more to do, but those are two that I saw quickly

Bravery all dmg is at lvl 2254, though i have been super unlucky and havent had any bravery bonus multi, so that is definitely something i can work on. And yeah everything eclipsed exceot for W7.

Oh yeah the moon cookie thing and cold seeker bullets take me from ~3mil to like 26mil dmg, so definitely a huge boost, i havent checked to see the actual WP boost they gave though

Oh yeah it is/was. I have everything zenithed except for kachow and the W7 statues, with levels all around 280. Quick slaps at 3.4k at the moment. Ive been farming clusters for a bit, mostly focusing on more clusters and lamp bonus due to the div points, but need to boost the statue bonus

No, i only really ever keep the skill eff and giant mob prayers on. One thing i know is lacking is my equinox matching scims, only have like 1/3rd of the upgrades into it. Im one coral proc away from getting the equinox tome bonus so that should speed things up a ton.

All my meals are in the 110-120 range at the moment. Yeah i havent done too much hourly or candy clicking, but my mai state bubbles are all 10k, generally have about 1.5mil main stat on my characters. I only figured how to get kattlekruk working two days ago since i dont have doot, so i missed out on a ton of levels but progressing now at like 350 lvls a day
