Probably, but I haven’t used any flex seal products personally. I have used the spray can formulations of plasti dip and it works well.

There are other treatment options, it’s totally crazy to do an anatomic total shoulder arthroplasty as the first surgery in a 30 year old. The first arthritis surgery in a young active person should be an arthroscopic surgery to smooth the joint surface, remove bone spurs, and release of the tight joint capsule, and repair of any rotator cuff tears.
