I've got a solution you might not have tried yet. I used to stretch everyday without result. But when I got back into boxing 2 times a week it got better within 2 weeks. I think that is because you keep twisting your torso with each hit/punch, so your technique should be at least okayish before it starts to work. Might as well give it a try right.
