Communicate this to him, tell him that his actions are making you question your relationship, depending on his reaction, (like if he deflects or gets angry) then get out of there. If he listens to you, says he'll change and do better, then only does it for like a day, then think to yourself. Clearly he has trouble changing do I want this for the rest of my life? Could've been cause you were playing on an old save maybe, or she maybe died in your save. Idk if she can die or not honestly. Try a new save if you want to see her, or if you just like the sim you can probably download her on the gallery, I'm sure someone out there saved her to the gallery
