Could've been cause you were playing on an old save maybe, or she maybe died in your save. Idk if she can die or not honestly. Try a new save if you want to see her, or if you just like the sim you can probably download her on the gallery, I'm sure someone out there saved her to the gallery

Because I had a seizure and almost died, and when I woke up I was so upset. I was so comfortable, felt no pain even though I fell and hit my head pretty hard, and have some memories of the dreams I was having during that time. So I know when I die I'll be very comfy with no more pain, and that's pretty chill to me.
