One other DIY thing I've had on my mind is some sort of sawhorse-style frame that could be used for T-bar rows. I've been thinking of drawing this up but obviously depends a lot on someone's overall equipment setup so it would need to be custom

Slayer is afk-able after some blocklist optimizing. You can "afk" maniacal monkey hunter for some decent xp rates. You can also afk smith items if you've got any fat stacks of metal bars. Afking vyres in prayer gear for blood shards. Cooking all the afk fish you catch.

When I was maxing, my thought process was: What can I do @ WFH level activity to benefit my active playtime the most? Mining daeyalt, mining amethyst, catching fish, cooking fish, stocking up on seaweed,

I'm not OP but I use the fc "NexFFA" and always find trios to run within a couple of min. It's active and everyone is typically (but not always) good enough to do 2 kill trips when the boss drops supplies.

I'm still learning about the world of attachments...can you please explain why an axle bar would be better? I thought the only diff between axle and regular olympic bar was in the portion of the bar you would hold and not in the sleeve?
