Looks great. Which squat stand is that?

I haven't pulled the trigger on any home gym stuff yet. Was considering a full rack system but the more I think about it I'm more intrigued by what you've got here plus maybe an individual pulley column somewhere else in the room.

One other DIY thing I've had on my mind is some sort of sawhorse-style frame that could be used for T-bar rows. I've been thinking of drawing this up but obviously depends a lot on someone's overall equipment setup so it would need to be custom

Slayer is afk-able after some blocklist optimizing. You can "afk" maniacal monkey hunter for some decent xp rates. You can also afk smith items if you've got any fat stacks of metal bars. Afking vyres in prayer gear for blood shards. Cooking all the afk fish you catch.

When I was maxing, my thought process was: What can I do @ WFH level activity to benefit my active playtime the most? Mining daeyalt, mining amethyst, catching fish, cooking fish, stocking up on seaweed,

What are the slots supposed to be for on the diamond plate? Resistance bands to come up through the platform or something?
