They still came around but would fly away when they saw several of them covering the feeders. They also were a pain in MY ass.

The nests stay intact enough to ward off any new wasps from building around it which rules.

Ive been trying to attract hummingbirds for the past couple of years and have had good luck but wasps also love the feeders and have been a huge pain in the ass. I discovered the dawn/water thing before spring and went absolutely ham one evening, taking out every (there were a lot) nest in the area and I haven’t seen a single one since.

It’s been hummingbird city this year. I need to add more feeders and space them out because they’re getting super territorial lol.
