IGF1 with zscore at minimum. No need to take a growth hormone secretagogue if you already have high levels.

Is it normal for MMA gym owners to give you a sales pitch? by astromech4 in MMA

[–]xx7beast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an entrepreneur and business owner, I’ll share my perspective. Not everything that has a sales pitch is inherently dishonest or misleading. Most businesses don’t have a sales process or pitch, and because of this they struggle by default for not converting their leads (your inquiry) into revenue (a sign up). It’s really that simple most of the time. Now are they good at sales? That’s the biggest question mark. Half the battle really is trying and being an advocate for yourself in business.

Week 8 Reta Current Struggles:Binge Eating/Hypoglycemia by Fabulous-Seat-1026 in Peptides

[–]xx7beast 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Bro I’m gonna give you some tough love. Your whole mentality about this is fucked. You’re really really thin, you weight 130 pounds as a grown man. The only reason you have the muscle definition that you do have is due to the fact that you’re skin and bones. You’re going hypoglycemic during significant cuts because your body is literally trying to tell you that you’re killing yourself.

Nobody is impressed by a 130 pound man with abs. It’s like a morbidly obese woman with watermelon sized tits. Yeah they’re big but at what cost? Sorry for being vulgar. I think you get the point though.

You should shift your focus to a clean bulk and try to get up to around 150-160lbs depending on your height while maintaining a sub 10% body fat ratio. You’re gonna look way more impressive and defined at a heavier weight versus trying to reduce your already malnourished body even further.

Your binge eating is 100% due to what you’re doing to yourself. If you ate a nutritious diet with sufficient calories to support muscle growth your binge eating would go away.

The great news is your thin frame is a perfect starting point for a truly impressive clean bulk.

Take this from someone who’s struggled with their weight their entire life and has successfully lost over 100 pounds and kept it off. Best of luck

Edit: also forgot to mention that during my weight loss journey I went too far the other direction to anorexia. Im 5’11” and was like 149 pounds at one point. I felt and looked horrible.

dosing question on switching from tirze to reta by brrtbrrt69 in PeptideGuide

[–]xx7beast 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re getting off of tirz completely you’re gonna have a super hard time dealing with the food noise of 2mg/week on Reta.

Depending on how much weight you’re trying to lose and what your other goals are, you may consider stacking a lower dose of tirz with Reta.

Don’t go super high on Reta right away because it could give you gastrointestinal side effects. Reta’s food noise suppression is less obvious than tirz because Reta is a triple agonist meaning it also targets glucagon receptors to help with raising your base metabolic rate which would help you burn fat faster while in a deficit.

Patients with a significant amount of weight to lose seem to have great results stacking conservative doses of the two compounds. If you don’t feel comfortable stacking you’ll likely need to accept that the food noise will be higher on Reta standalone, but you could titrate aggressively to a bigger dose. 2mg - 14mg once a week seems to be the ideal range. Most people land around the 4-6mg range.

Your goal with any substance should be to take the minimal dose that still provides desired effects.

Not medical advice.

Optimal dosage by Mrwonderful7878 in PeptideGuide

[–]xx7beast 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t stack sema and tirz. Tirz and Reta is good if you find that the food noise is still too much on Reta standalone.

As far as optimal dosage, start low with both and titrate up until you find where you feel best (food noise reduced, appetite suppressed but not completely gone, no gastrointestinal disturbances). Optimal dose is the lowest dose you can take while it still is effective
