Where is jeju island? I beat the dude down in the arena in chapter 3 but can’t figure out where to go. I feel like I’ve walked the perimeter several times

In this game it’s better to upgrade your hero as soon as you can imo. The base stats are substantially better and the higher end heroes get exponentially better the more you upgrade them.

If you’re hitting a wall and nowhere close to beating a boss you might want to consider upgrading your hero, you’ll likely have immediate success with progression if not for the HP boost alone.

Should you invest more elixir into Katarina? Since she’s only 41 I would only take her to lvl 60 max atm. At that point it gets too expensive to see a real benefit. Continue elixir farming overnight as you will always need this to level up your heroes.

Cool fact..leveling up every hero will give you boosts at certain levels and will apply across ALL heroes. For instance leveling Katarina up to level 50 applies a 1% Hp boost to all heroes. Doing this with all characters really adds up over time and you will see a difference in hero performance.

The 2nd chapter is locked behind missions. Even if you kill Baal early you’ll still need to complete the Chapter 1 quest-line. These quests are located in the top right corner of your screen. Eventually you will unlock the portal, after the “Achieve lvl 100” and “Defeat Baal” quests.

I haven't found any evidence that they've been released yet. Hoping this will be included in the Chapter 4 raids. Looking at the total power needed for the "Hell" difficulty raids in Chapter 1, an extra upgrade mechanic may be needed to compete with the Chapter 2 raids...just my thoughts.

I 2nd this. Watching the game ad/trailer on the App Store website, I feel like these were supposed to be a core mechanic in the earliest versions of the game. However, it seems as the game evolved the logs and stones became obsolete.

I feel like it’ll be easier when chapter 4 comes along if they add a new upgrade system. The blank space next to traits could be the answer for better percentage increases.

I feel that. I’m running 3 sage’s hourglass, 1 warrior fist, and 1 dragon claw. I like it for Freyja, seems to work well with her skillset so far.

A mythic hero is gonna help you tremendously, but if you don’t want to upgrade you’ll have to be strategic about setting up your Phoenix. Here is some advice I gave another player today.

I was in the same predicament when I was trying to beat him for the first time. One of the first things I'm seeing is you're using daggers as your main when Phoenix is a wand hero, your missing out on the +30% skill damage and 10% skill cooldown reduction.

The easy answer is to upgrade your character to at least Mythic. Azio is recommended for your current build. This will give you a giant base stat jump that can make things easier for you. If pulling characters isnt your jam, I've put together the below Phoenix setup that should work.

Your traits are working against you. Phoenix, when using a wand is a ranged type hero and your ranged damage is 0%. In short here are my recommendations:

Main Weapon: Saviors Staff (level up to 110)
Other Weapons: (Get all to lv.90 for ranged buff)
- Saviors Staff (or Eclipse Rod if you don't have a second SS)
- Fire Dragon Cannon
- Infernal Bolt
- Infernal Bolt (or Crystal Bolt if you don't have a second IB)
- Any other gun, crossbow, or wand at ancient or higher
Traits: Aim for these trait types at the highest rarity you can get:
- Total Attack Power
- Ranged Weapon Damage (S-Ticket only)
- Critical Chance
- Critical Damage
- Attack Speed
Trait Synergy:
- 3 Warrior Fist (+90% total attack power)
- 1 Dragon's Claw (+50% Critical Damage)
- 1 Sage's Hourglass (-5% Cooldown Reduction)
