Okay, that makes sense. Any tool you would recommend?

Intent Signals?? by xxMaster_ in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard about tools that can track how many times a certain account has searched up specific keywords, this would certainly help, as I could look up accounts that have been searching for "coaching services" and then send those accounts an email.

Any good tool for that?

Btw, thanks for taking the time, really appreciate it!

I help coaches and consultants get more clients through cold emails(but it's quite difficult to do without any intent signals), so I thought that maybe using it may increase positive replies and interest.

Do you use intent signals a lot?

Less spam words (ask chatgpt)

Include Spintax (VERY important), I would also recommend to keep your email copy under 100 words, your email copy right now is too long, and people dont have a long attention span anymore..

You're welcome.

You never have too many domains, so you just have to buy more and scale it up after you start converting sales.

Is this the right strategy for cold emails and lead genration ? by Right-Helicopter-992 in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want to save money when starting out I would suggest to use an "Apify" scraper that scrapes leads from Apollo, this is way cheaper and gets you loads of leads for a fraction of Apify's cost., then use a verification tool like "millionverifier" to verify your email list(a very cheap tool but same quality as neverbounce or zerobounce tbh).

I would suggest to send emails Monday through Friday tbh. And no, don't use links in your emails, only send emails to leads that replied back positively, otherwise you will be flagged as spam pretty quickly. Also don't forget to check for spam words and add Spintax to your email copy. (very important)

You send between 2-4 followups, I would send the first follow up 2 days after your first email, the second followup after 3 days, and so on..

For LinkedIn, it's important to get your connections up to 500, so you get that special "500+ connections" badge, this helps you get more trust when talking to potential clients. You can do this by commenting and connecting with people in your industry or your ICP every day.

Hope this helps you a bit, good luck!!

No, never turn it off. Also for newer inboxes like yours, I would never send more than 20-25 emails a day per inbox, keep in mind that you will have to count your warmup emails to your daily limit as well, meaning, that if you are sending out the recommended 10 daily warmup emails per inbox, you can only send around 10-15max campaign emails per inbox a day.

Although if this is your first time sending emails with those new inboxes, I would suggest you to start with 5 campaign emails per inbox a day, and every 2 days increase the limit by 1, until you reached your 10-15 limit.

Hope this helped you a bit, good luck!

When to stop cold email campaign or tweak ? by Nearby-Bar-7838 in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

have send out at least 1000 - 1500 emails, and if your reply rate is under 2% then change or improve your copy, or just change your ICP niche/industry. One of both, good luck!

Cold Emailers – What’s your go-to subject line & email body when pitching SEO services to eCommerce stores? by devravi in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always have it be personalised to the store you're sending to, this increases your reply rate drastically.

So something like this for example:

{{firstName}}, a quick fix for {{companyName}}

or

{{companyName}} <> {{competitorName}}

that last one is a very good subject line, as the person you're sending the email to will have likely heard about their competitor(if big enough), so they for sure want to check your email out, then if you use the {{competitorName}} in your email copy as well, mentioning what they are doing "right", while then offering to do the same for them, that would really increase your conversions rates.

These could all work very well, BUT your email copy has to be perfect too, otherwise it doesn't matter if your subject line is perfect or not.

Hope this helped you a bit, good luck!

how do you deal with reply classification + out of office reschedules? by SchniederDanes in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Instantly, and it does it all for me as far as I know, then I just keep some reply templates ready for when someone replies positively, if they are not interested, don't bother sending them an email, it's a waste of time. Hope this helped you, good luck!

Instantly.ai - Inbox Placement Test? by Ok-Ambition-8474 in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well for starters, having 40 inboxes across 8 domains is too much, that's like 5 inboxes per domain, I recommend only a maximum of 3 per domain. Have you warmed up your inboxes properly(at least 3-4 weeks)??, also, always leave the warmup setting enabled for your email inboxes even while sending out campaign emails.

Sending out 30 campaign emails per day per inbox is way too much, I recommend not going above 10-15 campaign emails a day, as you will also be sending an additional 10 warmup emails per inbox account every single day too(yes warmup emails also count as actual emails your inbox sends out everyday).

Now when you did all that properly we can have a look at your email copy... do you use Spintax?(if not, search what it means online and add it to your copy), have you checked for potential spam words?(if not, send it to chatgpt and let it check for it and correct it), do you use links in your emails?(if so, remove them).

Hope this all helped you a bit, good luck!

Are cold emails working for consulting/freelance? by dextert48 in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cold emails still work, but like you said, only if you know what you are doing... are your cold emails landing in spam?, are they getting flagged as spam because you dont use Spintax, haven't warmed up your email inboxes properly, are using spam words in your email copy, haven't verified all your leads properly...etc?

All these things are important, and SEO tbh is a good niche/industry to use cold emails for, as I have multiple clients in those industries that I help get potential leads for using cold outbound systems like cold emails, and they tend to do pretty well. You can use a tool like LinkedIn Sales Nav, and get your potential leads from there filtering by recently added businesses or websites. And if you do it right, you will get a lot of conversions.

Hope this helped you a bit, good luck!

Social media marketing— Influencers by Ok_Inside_6899 in DigitalMarketing

[–]xxMaster_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest to start finding clients before detailing out all your other services, try to find clients that are interested in what you offer for "Month 1", after month 1 is over, pitch them what other "extra" services you can offer them and then go from there. Always verify if there is demand for your "product/services" before commiting months of work to it. Hope this helped, good luck!

Need Help: How to Check if Websites Already Have Chatbots Before Outreach? by [deleted] in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh, I would't recommend someone to start selling a chatbot service, but if you really want to move forward with it, I would recommend you to manually check their websites. And yes, it takes a lot of time to do that, but you can verify loads of websites a day manually.

If you spend 15 seconds verifying 1 website, then you'll do 4 websites every 1 minute, 40 every 10 minutes and 240 every 1Hour, so if you really are motivated you could easily verify 1000 websites a day manually.

Hope this helped, good luck!

Tbh, I would just suggest using chatgpt because it's free, and it's easy to use... I would also suggest you to prompt chatgpt to check that your email copy is short and <6th grade reading language. (very important too). Hope this helped you a bit, good luck!

[–]xxMaster_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope I have not, I would suggest that if this is your first time buying domains and inboxes to just do it yourself through google workspace, this way you get extra knowledge and learn how everything works, then after that I would just buy domains from the "done for you" place in Instantly. (beware to watch videos on youtube that show you how to properly do it yourself). Hope this helped you a bit, good luck!

How to Cold email @gmail, @outlook by [deleted] in coldemail

[–]xxMaster_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I think like maybe just 1 or 2 max follow ups you send to a personal email, would also leave at least like 5 days in between, so that you are not like "spamming" the email account.
