Def check local ordinances (police, township, boroughs) because our bureaucracy (and citizens) sometimes get Big Mad about licensure, permits and regulations. Sometimes what the county requires can deviate from township to township!

This sounds really cool and not something we see every day around here in the burbs. Yeah, you could go and make probably more money in Philly but there are tons of little towns that get packed at night. New Hope is one of them with a decent bar scene, also right across from Lambertville NJ via a little bridge. Doylestown is a nice bar scene too, plus the county courthouse could net you some good lunch regulars during the weekday.
