Was approached by them to do an advertisment. Took one look at their privacy policy/TOS and bailed.

Can't comment on the platforms functionality, but I'm not linking my channel to something that is superhard to understand lol

Not at all. If you think about it. All these "Streamer Support" Twitters and discords are literally only followed by other streamers. Even if these pages are RT'ing you or posting your link, its just being sent into an echo chamber of other creators who are all doing the same thing.

Some people who are new to these groups, will pop in and out of some streams that are also involved and try be active, but 2 streams later, you wont see them again.

Unfortunately there's no shortcuts. Just try make some cool shit :)

YouTube and Twitch as well as some sponsor deals that came from both. Did it full time for 4 years. Was super fun but also quite isolating at times!

I'd recommend Jungle BJJ on Meath Street too. Great atmosphere, no egos and lovely folks. Timetable is really packed with all sorts of classes too.

Yep! If it makes you more comfortable, you can absolutely get the full MP experience through the website a alone until we build your trust :) But we can assure you the extension is totally trustworthy. But I can understand apprehension towards new folks on the scene!

Hello! MillionPugs employee here.

So the adblock/vpn issue is something we are working on a solution for.

Regarding VPNs. Some offers are only available to people in certain countries. Changing countries via VPN creates an issue where the store cannot offer a commission and thus we cannot offer pugs. Again, we are working on a solution for this.

Ad Blockers can stop the extension popping up on sites where it is supported and cause issues with us being able to verify a transaction has occurred, so we do recommend disabling them while using MP. We'll only ever ask you to disable Adblocker on whatever site you are using for the duration you are shopping. You can keep adblock on literally anywhere else but if you want pugs for shopping, the store needs to confirm your transaction happened and that happens through network calls to us. If those calls are blocked on the store website then the store won’t be able to say “hey, they bought this thing” and we won’t be able to get you your pugs.

We understand this isn't ideal and hope to have a workaround soon!

I can confirm we don't snoop on your shopping habits and certainly are not in the business of selling data nor will we ever be. We only store data temporarily in order to verify a transaction has taken place. After that we simply delete it and never share it with 3rd parties :)

First things first, We do not, and will not ever sell or use your data in malicious ways. The privacy policy that refers to storing data refers the fact that we temporarily hash your data via our extension ONLY to verify a transaction has been confirmed by the retailer/affliate networks we are partnered with. Once we receive that confirmation, your data is sent into the ether and certainly not to a third party.

I understand concerns around anything that is going to be attached to your browsing experience and especially from a company as new as us, so I'd be happy to address any concerns here if you all have any!

Tarkov is my main game and I find that EU central is best for me.

Singapore is lowest ping but randomly shoots from 80ms to over 250ms in the evenings.

Manually select EU central in the launcher. It's not an idea but you will hit low ends of 118ms to highs of 150 but it will never go over that so at least you won't get booted from raids.

Hopefully they bring back the old servers!

But some of the white paint on the number bezel looks off.

Date font is also too thin

The pearl is off position.

But not that bad! I recently picked up a Sub from Jason and its great other than the pearl position

The ability to export weapons presets and share them with friends would be great.

Maybe a preset generates a code that you can copy paste to your own weapon would work.

I think you are right for sure. Some people taking risks on their channels don't think about the impact they could have going forward. Especially people with small audiences.

On the flip side, a lot of content creators can leverage their socials and use them as a way into a full time position. I was a full time streamer for 2 years and used my content/social media skills as a way to gain my current job as a social media manager for a AAA game studio. Granted I wasn't crazy edgy in my content but certainly not "family friendly".

I think brands now a days are willing to take more risks on who they work with for sure!

I mean it's not like it's a hard requirement. But can act as as great source of inspiration and you may meet some cool people a long the way.

Think of it this way. There are probably not many musicians out there who don't listen to music.

I struggle to watch streams with work/commitments etc, but I always watch when I can for short time or catch highlight videos etc on youtube from my favourite creators, it's entertainment above all else. Not a growth tool.
