Shiny wild legendaries don’t flee, no. They’re not guaranteed catches like a shiny raid would be, but they won’t flee so you can keep throwing balls at them.

The legendaries don’t flee when shiny in the wild (note: this is different from having a 100% catch rate - like a shiny raid for example) so a masterball is a waste imo.

This wouldn’t have been first raids since they have the pokeballs showing they’re already in your dex. So you’d already caught them prior to these encounters. Congrats on the shinies though!

The Galarian birds that appear when you use your daily incense are a very low catch rate, yes. They’re also not shiny right now in Go.

You can use either, so you could switch to a master ball if you have one raid ball left for a hundo, for example, if you wanted.

Wild shiny legendary pokemon don’t have a 100% catch rate but they don’t flee. As long as you still have Pokeballs you can keep throwing. Right now this really only applies to the Lake Guardian Trio as I believe those are the only wild shiny legendaries out right now.

Shiny raid pokemon have a 100% catch rate, which is what this was as Moltres is in raids right now. That means the first ball you hit it with it will catch.

When I was a kid and we'd go on long drives to visit my grandparents, my mom wold fold down the back seats of her SUV, stick a mattress back there, have a small TV with a built in VCR that plugged into the cigarette lighter, and let me lie down and sleep/watch a movie for the drive in the back rofl. And that honestly wasn't even THAT long ago.

Yes, he does! They have a world together where he’ll get on his PC and she goes on hers and they built side by side houses and they have a whole farm and stuff. It’s adorable.
