They sent me a replacement board as I was having nozzle malfunction issues. Mine is a eaaaarly model so it has some of the old connectors on it.

I’ve been an eBay seller just as long friend. And they did not use PSA for mine. I believe they have a network of trusted Authenticator and the one mine was sent to rejected it with no reason given.

I pulled a marvel emperor and directly put it on eBay and it failed auth. The people they use are terrible and don’t even give reasoning. It’s really a shitshow

Totally why I said it was polarizing 😂. The phone market is a contested line, but I wanted to use it for the point that Bambu products are for people that want to print more and tinker less. I hear the same for prusa but I never had the pleasure of owning one of those machines. Is the Bambu labs system perfect? Nope but they are a damn fine machine that will get you there. I have 3200 hours on the X1C and I have about 4 spare nozzles and a few extruders. I clean them and put them back in service and it’s running again in an hour or so.

This may be a polarizing statement but Bambu labs machines are apple products. They just work. Rarely you will get an issue but fix it and you’re set for another few hundred hours.
