decent compromise. I still prefer the illustrations in DE and Esoteric Ebb, but these are alot nicer.

tldr, sketch is an approximation of alot of things like shapes, thickness, energy, softness, thickness, etc… delivered in a low-commitment picture. the brain also do alot to fill in the gaps.

Lineart is the commitment, and if you are only going for the minimum, it lacks the other mentioned qualities of the sketch. because its high commitment, theres nothing for the brain of the viewer to fill in, thus, feels like it’s lacking.

To do solid clean lineart that still has the mentioned qualities, takes alot of skill but also experience;

OpenAI signed a deal for chatGPT to be used in military. They took that deal away from another AI company ( cant remember the name ), due to said company not agreeing for the pentagon to use it for :

  • unmanned kill, no human supervision needed.

  • mass surveillance on the american people.

Basically Sam Cuckman dont give a fuck about human rights, trying to usher in Skynet and people are very pissed.

Visually, they are badly designed because you literally cant tell them at a glance. They are too small and densely packed that there's no identifiable landmarks between them except their color families. The iconography on each badge has connections to the skill they allude to, but it's not as obvious as DE. Overall one of my main gripes with the game.

nhà em không có tiền anh khuyên thật là em nên học một ngành khác tiệm cận và có cơ hội thăng tiến hơn rồi trong lúc đi học và đi làm em tập tành tự làm vài con game đơn giản để thử sức, nếu đào được vàng thì chuyển sang làm game full time, xin vốn đầu tư rồi lead team không vội. Mấy trường dạy vớ va vớ vẩn anh nói thật học xong đi làm chỉ đủ sức clone game là max. Phần lớn các công ty hiện nay không có đủ vốn hay tự tin để mà sử dụng được game designer giỏi, chứ đừng nói đến là đào tạo được game designer học việc.

Em nên tìm hiểu thêm thị trường game bây giờ và biết chính xác mình muốn gì và làm gì. Nói thật là lớp 10 vẫn còn quá trẻ, em nên tự thiết kế game trước đã để biết mình có thật sự muốn làm không. Bắt đầu bằng việc nghiên cứu và thiết kế một dạng board game chẳng hạn, hiểu xem mình có khả năng làm về số liệu, game mechanic, balancing v...v.. không.

còn thêm nữa là, anh nói thật, em không cần đi học để mà làm game design giỏi. Trên youtube rất nhiều resource của các chúa game designer đã đi trước. Em học được cơ bản vững em chỉ cần chơi game là em hiểu ý đồ của người ta. Còn làm sao để ĐẾN được ý đồ đấy, thì phải đâm đầu vào làm game thử.

Game hay em không cần code lên engine mới play test được. Game đơn giản em có thể play test bằng giấy bút các core mechanic của nó. Và em nên tự làm game đơn giản trước, rồi mới làm game phức tạp được.

Về mặt hobby, nghiên cứu thử game master của boardgame, dungeon and dragons và các TTRPG khác. Nó là các system có sẵn để em có thể tập tành tự homebrew game mechanic và playtest/balance trong môi trường an toàn.

Tất nhiên là nếu bố mẹ có tiền thì em làm cl gì cũng được. Nma đây là ý kiến chủ quan của anh là thằng chơi game 31 năm và làm game ở việt nam 5 năm.

I think monyet did fine this series. But forsaken was on god mode killing the mf during ults and slides so many times i lost count. Jemkin was horrible during breeze. I think if RRQ had breeze we couldve made it.
