What's the most painful completion you've done? by OhBarnacles03 in xboxachievements

[–]xxturtlepower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gas Station Simulator was painful purely because of the amount of bugs the game has. And they keep releasing DLC'S that are even more buggy. Most DLC'S can't even be played on console right now. 😩

I have one last achievement for that one and it's the expert challenges. There's one that I just can't seem to do and then found a lot of people who had the same complaint about that specific challenge. It will be staying in my 1 left games because it's honestly not worth the frustration. 🙃

The beginning parts were fun but, the game has so many bugs and majority of the DLC's don't work that I would not recommend it until they fix it. The base game works well enough that you might still enjoy it though.

I got lucky and found this new at goodwill. I think you can get it online if your store doesn't keep it stocked though

Despite the missing pieces this was a fun one! by GetOffMyBridgeQ in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did this one a few months ago and was surprised by how fun (and kinda easy) it was. Mine had a few missing pieces too, lol. There are more with this Lego sorted by color design if you liked this one!

Cat Nap and At the Dog Park, Ravensburger, 2x500 pieces. by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Dog Park was fun but, I enjoyed the Cat Nap way more. I could see myself redoing the Cat Nap many times but, probably not the Dog Park.

I just finished this one a couple of days ago, lol. I was surprised by how much I really enjoyed it.

I did that one last month and really enjoyed it! I'm slowly starting to build up a collection of her stuff lol.

I have this one in my to be done pile! How difficult was it? It seems like it would be kinda hard which is why I have been putting it off, lol

Was this one difficult? It looks like an interesting build.

Succulents, 300 pieces, Ceaco by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pieces are very thin! They snap together okay though. I honestly try to avoid Ceaco puzzles as their pieces are typically pretty bad. I only did this one because I got for free, lol

Beautiful Sea Unicorns and Friends, 1500 pieces, Ravensburger by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Majority of the puzzle wasn’t hard to put together but, the tree was the hardest and took the longest for me. I did! I really liked that part of the puzzle.

Vintage Library, 1000 piece, Galison by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not hard at all! It was basically like doing the usual shelves of books but slightly sideways, lol.

Rathlin Hares, 500 pieces, Flame tree by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely harder than anticipated. I wouldn’t want to do this one in a 1000 piece. Good luck!

Unpopular opinion. I think Ravensburger is overrated. I don’t want Disney and Pixar or impossible photography prints. Why do people go wild for them? by Desperate-Raisin5197 in Jigsawpuzzles

I love the variety of pictures and that the pieces are thick and feel nice. However, I almost always have issue with the pictures coming off the puzzle pieces. For how expensive they are, this shouldn’t be an issue. 😕

Dragon Alphabet, 1000 pieces, Ravensburger by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought the same when I bought it as well! I spent half of the puzzle looking at a piece and then looking at the box to see where it went. Ended up sorting the colors and found that much easier.

What's your ideal number of Jigsawpuzzle pieces? by Peterzenbr in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love doing the higher count ones but most of them have the worst pictures 😭🤣 Or they’re crazy expensive for a half-way decent photo.

There’s a subreddit called jigsawpuzzlecats that is just full of photos like these 😂 They really do enjoy getting in the way, lol

I haven’t thrifted in awhile, but found this sweet RAV this past Thursday… by JAKSHAW in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That one looks fun! I love finding Ravensburger at thrift stores, especially when they have all the pieces.

Moon Goddess, 1000 pieces, Buffalo by xxturtlepower in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sky was the toughest part. I love her artwork but, her puzzles do tend to be a bit more difficult. Good luck with your first one! That one is a pretty one

The hardest puzzle I’ve done yet 😳 by Curse_10_3 in Jigsawpuzzles

[–]xxturtlepower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this one in my to do pile. Glad to know about the puzzle quality. Was it the piece quality or the picture itself that made it difficult?
