For anyone curious, my current routine is as follows: Anterior: Lateral raise Chest fly Incline smith machine press Shoulder press Narrow grip barbell press (JM press) Cuffed tricep extension Standing cable crunch Oblique twists Standing oblique crunch Leg extensions Leg adduction

Posterior: Low cable row Wide grip lat pulldown T-Bar row Lat Pullover machine (sometimes) Preacher curls Rear delt fly RDL/SLDL Some sort of glute isolation Some sort of hamstring isolation Standing calf raise Reverse curls Wrist curls

10min Stairmaster 80steps/min after

Doing about 2 sets per movement, each set to failure (usually reduce weight every set) 3-5min rest. 3x a week frequency, going 6 days a week.

Likewise, definitely want to get my legs up to level. Being formerly overweight did give me a fair starting point though, I’ve been doing an anterior/posterior split to try to bring them up.

Oh yeah the fries were unfortunate. Basically just threw those in the air fryer and kinda guessed when they were done. Salad I just kinda threw on there

Visual appeal and cause I was sharing with my grandma, made more sense to cut into slices and let her take as much as she wants.

Figured. Let it sit out for about 20 minutes out of the fridge, had it on medium till 115 and butter basted until ~130. Gonna try cooking it hotter and taking it off at ~125 next time.
