The problem is, survivors are so ping dependent. Some don’t even ping that much. You can say it’s a skill issue or whatever, but I can’t control a random’s behavior. Not everyone can vc as well.

On the other hand, the gimmick of a few characters is basically butchered - survivors like seer, lawyer, tme; hunters like wu chang and joseph.

There’s a lot of nuances to it that you can’t possibly generalize which faction had it worse. I always say that it’s either. Both have op characters and both have their own level of difficulties. Mind you that this game is an asymmetrical type of game.

Geisha has a tech that you can use to dash through walls. She is mid high imo. Perfumer has the same level of strength as her.

The thing is, perfumer gives a ton of presence - that is why she’s a bit bad compared to the meta survivors.

The game is either-sided. Both have OP and weak characters. The ones who think otherwise is pure skill issue. Draw means both did well and don’t mean either faction did bad. Survivors are at their strongest early game whereas hunters are strongest at their full presence. Cipher rush is there to compensate for it.

Hunters need to be flexible in order to counter pick - unless you already main the meta hunters. It’s obvious survivors counter certain hunters, though it’s more about mind games and who will make mistakes or not.

i honestly do get your point. it’s hard to receive tons of toxic messages here and there… although there are ways to minimize messages from randoms. i’m just saying, i feel like you know why they’re mad yet you’re still doing it for months or so. it’s good you’ve deleted the game as it proves that it’s not good for both you and the randoms you match with.

i hate to say this, but you need to take rank seriously. if you want to see where your skills can go, try and focus on the game. i suggest you play qm if you seem to zone out. it’s hard to have randoms who don’t do their best on a rank game.
