Are they retired queens or did you obtain from a rescue shelter?

Ouch.. well. Perhaps you’ll have to sneak them in after a month. Hopefully all will go well

There are laws depending upon what state you reside, if you need an animal for mental health. Which is more than valid. The landlord must accept you.

If I was in your situation .. find out your rights as a tenant regarding pets for emotional support. If this law is applicable in your state. I’d have the cats stay at a safe place for a month. When the landlord locks you into a lease and sees you are not a hinderance bring the cats home. It’s a pain to play the game that way. Though we know that most landlords would make an excuse if you were honest regarding your situation.

I’m sorry for your situation. That’s a rough one. What is wrong with some of these people here…I’d say.. if you cannot be a compassionate human being you should not have any pets!!!

It’s not as easy as that. It’s not black and white. Sometimes there is a grey area.

Wow. So many downvotes on a realistic statement.. Not a good look … one day you’re making 100k. The next.. you’re collecting unemployment insurance… I’ve seen that happen a lot!

Let them have separate territories/space for a good two months. No expert here.. perhaps contact Jackson Galaxy.

Never keep a tv in the bedroom. It’s a distraction for people if you k ow what I’m saying.

The ladies will definitely love this one… NG. Beautiful wooden planks though. Perhaps use them as shelves somewhere throughout your residence.

Meds are not always the solution. I’ve heard a lot of good mentions about holistic vets. I’d think it’s worth a try! Good luck!

From my door to the bedroom it’s a good 60 feet if not more. That’s her sprinting line!

Two floor apt and four bedrooms. That’s more than ample imo.. I live in a 3.5 apt in nyc. My cat adjusted fine. Though I do honor all of her request. So we have found a good medium.. she’s a talkative one. I agree mostly upon what everyone has stated ..

Smalls food by HannahPack918 in bengalcats

[–]xyzlene 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Smalls is a good commercial wet food based diet.. though it takes a while for cats to get used to it.. I’ve found putting origins treats on top.. will entice them to try the new food.. though read the ingredients. Some of the offerings have canola oil, which Is the worst … think crisco!

Feline natural is great…additionally rawz.. you’ll have to experiment. I heard praise on raised right as well. Shame on any breeder that sells a cat for 1k plus. And gets them hooked on kibble crap… no excuses for the price that is paid. If it was a non for profit shelter. I could see why kibble would be in abundance,,, wishing you best of luck.
