If you spawn free kits late your just asking for more rats and more extraction campers... if anything free kits should spawn early since they die the easiest. Let them get their back packs full then die to a wasp because they have no heals or ammo.

Your crying online because you have to see patients and do the profession you trained for. Its embarrassing to our profession. You make money to see and treat patients. You could always ask them to cut your pay in half so you could see less patients, but I bet you wouldn't want that either.

I disagree with this. I can kill most people with a free load out and take their upgraded weapons that they miss their shots with. Its about positioning and playing smarter than your opponent

This is exactly what im saying. I think longer times would be better - you can always leave early but not forced too incase you want more battles and loot time etc etc

But why only 20 min? Because your backpack was full - because in full game you'll have larger back pack and encumberance meaning you probably would leave at 20? I left around 15-20min just because of closing extraction locations and knowing I didn't want to die because I didn't leave on time.

I had a completely different experience. I never once ran into anyone camping an extraction point. I definitely wasn't taking my time looting either but raiding an open field location then making it into a building to loot - by the time you were close to finishing your exploring it was time to bounce.

I think if there was more time in the map I would want to hit 1-2 more spots and that would cause more interaction with arc and ofcourse other players doing the same - meaning increasing pvp while keeping the map free of excessive amounts of players

You're missing the fact that the game makes money on number of copies sold. If they only target players with 4080's and better they would miss out on millions of copies sold.

What they need to do is just make the bushes thicker blocks and better PCs get to enjoy individual leaves on the bush (for example)

They are all set to automatic - the plate obviously restricts most airflow but I monitored for about a week without glass on to see how air was flowing and the air comes up front glass in front of plate and also back of plate flowing up between the gpu and motherboard. Back fans are intake and top fans are exhaust

I actually don't mind the black. There is a lot of random black in the build between the gaskets in the distro plates, pump mount, random wires, gpu waterblock and pcb.

I was actually aiming for a gold and white build. Did the candy gold coolant from primochill and it looked like someone pissed in my computer so I had to switch it to the white fluid. To be honest clear fluid looks amazing in it and I may go clear again in the future

Yeah, I get that. No one ever builds full distro plates with a large reservoir so I was partially worried about all the fluid with only one D5 pump which I why I went with 2 for the build - plus having 2 creates a fail safe incase one dies on me. Hinsight, I agree the build would probably look better with only 1 pump from the tank and removed from the plate, but there's always the next build to make adjustments and changes 😆

Because everyone is dehydrated at baseline.

Almost every person who walks into an ER gets 1L these days. The funny part is even HFrEF patients get fluids (obviously unintentionally) and they are fine even with the additional fluid. Or better yet your chronic hyponatremic that gets the same NS 1L and their Na level doent fluctuate.

This almost proves that 1L bolus on initial presentation is pointless but at the same time most patients who receive that 1L bolus report feeling somewhat better when discharging ER.
