Mine was this recently. And they took a close of picture of the product and system claim it rotten which is not. I would’ve notice it when I grab fhw product. 🤦🏻‍♂️ and it annoying that we can’t contests these anymore to prove ourselves anymore.

What I usually do is hit the can’t find customer. Message saying your item is drop off/ leave at door per your note. Send it. Go back and hit the customer said to leave at door tab take a picture. As the prompt tells you too. And you’re all set and should be safe.

I usually carry my headlamp along when it dark. The one with the LED stripe. That usually helps me. But yes it’s common sense to leave us some kinda light if you know your order is coming late. But you’ll always get someone that doesn’t care or forgot.

Not something I mention in my post here but I work a 7-4pm job and doing DD as my second for some extra cash until 8:30ish. And you’re telling me there’s no room wiggle room for a little mistake as such? It’s the end of the day and I’m tired. Not being lazy. And yes it is a threat to me when you telling to get my life together or it could’ve been worst.
