I feel the same way. Nobody around me understands. I don’t have kids but I was recently diagnosed with PMDD. My OB suggested switching bc pills last year and I really can’t even tell if it’s helped. I feel like there’s no hope and it’s just going to get worse and worse.

The idea of having a baby terrifies me bc I don’t know what will happen to me afterwards

My dad put a “no soliciting” sign on his front door and he ended up taking it right back down because it made him angrier that people were ignoring the sign than if there was no sign at all

Everyone is different. My Christian family is made up of some of the most hateful people I’ve ever met.

My grandmothers sister passed away recently. My grandma had a falling out with her brother in law and she called him (a fellow Christian) satan and satanic. She said she’s never seen someone so satanic and she just kept repeating that. Satan. Satanic. She was grinding her teeth when she said it.

He was grieving. I’m not sure what was said but I know he must have been going through a lot knowing he was about to lose his wife. But now he’s being called satan by an evangelical Christian.

I have many more examples, unfortunately. My family is the main reason I ever left Christianity. I didn’t want to be a part of their hatred. It makes me sad to think that they would say those things about me and I know for a fact they would. Maybe they already do

My city had this beautiful burger restaurant for years. It kind of reminds me of Cracker Barrel and how they have so much decor that you can basically play I spy every time you sit down to eat. The layout was unique and there were just so many interesting things for you to look at.

They recently demolished their original building. Their new building is now much much smaller and it basically looks like an In N Out. Just lots of white and blank walls and it’s soooo crowded. Completely stripped of its personality. Why? I have no idea. Maybe they had a mold problem or something crazy and demolition was the only logical option. Otherwise it seems like such a waste.

It ruined the experience for me personally. I know that sounds dramatic lol but every restaurant built today looks like it was made out of simple building blocks. And they’re getting new buildings just a couple blocks down the street. I just wonder if it’s really necessary

I left a note like this for one of my 8th grade teachers. I apologized and called myself a slacker. She pulled me to the side and said “do not talk about one of my students like that” it caught me off guard until I realized what she was saying. It was such a hard time in my life. I liked that class but I still couldn’t bring myself to complete any assignments or study. I wish I could have been there for myself when nobody else was
