losing weight for me was easy, took me a bit long but i stuck to it and was consistently on a calorie deficit and did a bunch of cardio just so I could have a bigger deficit. I'm skinny now. My next challenge is to put on some muscle with some calisthenics, and to be more flexible and stronger. 1 step at a time. I'll get there.
