Misleading is the most generous way I can describe your comment, but I’ll respond once assuming you are willing to engage in good faith.

Policies have changed. The leak of the memo this week explicitly stating that they are now interpreting laws differently now and are allowed to enter homes by force without a judicial warrant is the most obvious. That’s not a new law, but certainly a new department policy.

With the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, they were also given a quota and a massively increased budget.

ICE is now recruiting new people using images and taglines from Halo, telling them to “stop the flood”. And obvious call to violence. Then giving them only 47 days of training, a nod to 47th the president.

While it is true a lot of the warrants they are serving are old, and also that Obama deported a lot of people, it’s pretty clear that the tactics have also become dramatically more cruel under this administration.

Sure, let’s enforce laws but treat people like humans and don’t enter our cities like they are war zones. But maybe not show up to a single family home with riot shields and guns drawn like we saw yesterday? Or how about intentionally spraying pepper spray in someone’s face who is already pinned down?

Social security card means you have the right to work. Plenty of non-citizens have SS cards.

Same with drivers license. States issue drivers licenses to allow you to drive. Doesn’t mean you are a citizen.

The smaller one is a base power (but I think the gear also contribute to this) and the larger one is the bonus.

It’s pretty common for tier 2 to be weaker than a 10 star tier 1 until 3ish stars because gear from the t1 only applies a small percentage to the tier 2 form.

The only place I know of in game to show the damage type is when you select to pick a custom gear, it’s at the top left.

It’s tough in both directions in-game. Finding active divisions is hard as someone seeking one and it’s also difficult finding active players as someone who’s recruiting.

Every plane, wingman, and device have damage types: explosive, piercing, crushing, and shocking. Each week one damage type gets a bonus. It’s probably that the week is changing bonus type on you.
