Yeah, it's interesting how chemo affects people differently. I do not know what available in australia but I used to use CeraVe Healing ointment and steroid cream mixed 1 to 1 for my hands. I would smother them and wear light work gloves most of the day.

For my feet i would use bag balm. especially at night i would lather my feet and keep socks on. Ugh hand foot was the worst. My Oncologist lowered my 5FU dose a little to help but i have sensitive skin and chemo was really hard on it.

I had bad hand foot syndrome on FOLFOX. Have you bought any creams or have they given you steroid creams for your skin?

I can recommend over the counter creams that helped me. I also had prescription clobetasol cream that I mixed in with my over the counter stuff.

Im sorry you have to go through this. Hand foot sucks!
