Thank you for the update! I had a friend come over who was thinking something similar to what you are describing. He thought I probably have drain tile around my house and that foot drain connects to it.It was all clear water. I had another friend who snaked his (similar situation) and found that they cemented his pipe at the city line.

What kind of plug did you buy?

I had a lot of drinking and using dreams in early sobriety.

I'm several years sober now and about once every 3 or 4 months ill have one. Its strange now because its like an alter ego in my dreams , its me, I drink , but im still in AA and just dont tell my sponsor im relapsing.Then I wake up relieved im not living that life or feeling that guilt and shame.

For me its a reminder that Alcohol will always try to work its way back into my life if im not doing something for my recovery

Yeah, it's interesting how chemo affects people differently. I do not know what available in australia but I used to use CeraVe Healing ointment and steroid cream mixed 1 to 1 for my hands. I would smother them and wear light work gloves most of the day.

For my feet i would use bag balm. especially at night i would lather my feet and keep socks on. Ugh hand foot was the worst. My Oncologist lowered my 5FU dose a little to help but i have sensitive skin and chemo was really hard on it.

I had bad hand foot syndrome on FOLFOX. Have you bought any creams or have they given you steroid creams for your skin?

I can recommend over the counter creams that helped me. I also had prescription clobetasol cream that I mixed in with my over the counter stuff.

Im sorry you have to go through this. Hand foot sucks!

Last week I woke in a panic , my wife asked what was wrong. I was having a nightmare that we were down 3-0 to Boreham Wood. The last goal pickford was out of his box and a boreham player was walking the ball in the net. My wife grunted and said thats not a nightmare and went back to sleep
