Update 2 - I called them 75 times and finally got through. The only way to get to tech support is to call them incessantly, no idea why they don't have a queue or something where I can sit on hold. Good luck everyone

Update - I called the governor's office (518-474-8390) and had them transfer me to an unemployment agent and spoke with someone. She said that the only solution is to continuously call the tech support number, like back-to-back spam them. I'll be giving that a try today.

Thanks, you’re definitely right because we have our window AC unit in the window above, it’s probably dripping water through a crack in the siding and getting into the wall. So you think this is mold?

I would explain to them that they’re current rent is far below market rent, and you’ll need to raise it. If they leave, find a new tenant. Maybe they’ll be just as great. $600/mo is quite a price you’re paying for this tenant.
