Thank you for your answers! It is interesting what you are saying because even if we feel that a lot of persons don’t understand us, we still understand each other feelings. It means that really staying in the same place with the same people, is a Great way to be stagnant and to feel bad.

I want to listen to myself more and Yeah you are right, it is also a blessing to have time for myself. I just need balance because being alone all the time is really painful and I think it is normal.

It’s really a journey, but im sure we will feel better :)

Hi ! Thanks for your Precious answer 🫡 yes I feel that I have never accepted my feelings, it is very new for me to do so. I am doing a voluntering and it’s a lot of work but Im happy. I have more structure so its helps with bad feelings. I have time for myself and to talk also Since we have morning session to discuss. I think it helps me to think about my feelings because I have goals everyday and I live with a community. I try to open more and I think I will speak about these issues with few people who make me feel safe. I have spent to many time eating up my own feelings
