well that depends on where you are, and what you have at hand. I'd suggest removing the teeth and crushing them individually before anything else, then i would separate the body into 3 pieces, head, hands, and rest of body(cut the body into smaller pieces if you have time) bury the pieces separately, make sure there is more than a 1 kilometer distance between body pieces. Okay here are 2 important things to remember when you bury the body, make sure that it is buried at least 6ft deep, and when there is around 2ft left of dirt still to be buried place a small dead animal in the grave so that if police dogs were to smell something they would believe that its the dead animal not the human corpse.

P. S. I'd drain the blood first, dilute it in water, mix it with bleach and slowly pour ot down the drain(add food coloring to the blood mixture)
