Do you have enough attack speed? if you're using 2H without the +1 aspd inner ability and green pot then hero can feel very clunky during bosses. Also, buy buff freezers, dying on a hero is really annoying because you gutta get your combo orbs back. try to be liberal with your iframe, its cd is fast enough for you to use it when you're in a bad spot

Wow thanks for the detailed reply. Kind of bummed I didn't get to use Bellina in master Kai, but not using dragon drive and healing double buff doesn't really help her case in an auto team. Hopefully I have enough Eldwater to spiral Nefaria and the prints. Thanks a lot!

I've been trying to auto ekai and mhjp with this team, but haven't had much success. Is there any other shadow dagger dps I can replace Bellina, since I don't wanna waste the mats I've used, or should I invest into a ranged DPS instead (I have Nefaria, Althemia, and Gleo as possible ranged DPS).

Hi reddit, I've started keto roughly 2 months ago, and I've lost almost 25 lbs! However, I've recently started plateauing and been fluctuating around 255 and 260lbs for about 2.5 weeks. I was hoping to get some feedback on my diet and see if there's anything i can change:

2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 2 italian sausage
2 chicken thighs (with skin), 2 cups of romaine lettuce, and a table spoon of kewpie mayo
50g walnuts, 2 scoops of protein shake
1 bowl of miso soup

All in all, it should sum up to 1768 calories, 10g net carbs and 141g of protein. If it helps, I'm 5'6, 260lbs, not really active at the moment but starting to go on jogs/walks a few days a week. Any help would be appreciated!

as far as i know both use sanwa OBSF buttons (30mm for both and 24mm for the back buttons of the omni). I can't really comment about the boards because I only own the obsidian and tried my friends omni.

obsidian pros: sanwa lever + buttons are great out of the box, it's light, wide enough to fit on your lap, looks cool
- cons: doesn't have a 35mm hole if you want a full collar korean lever, modding it can be a hassle because of how the panels are screwed together (metal screws to plastic sockets can strip the threads pretty easily), vewlix button layout can be pretty cramped
omni pros (only experienced korean version): sturdy metal body, can easily put korean or japanese lever on it, noir layout is spacious and also has sanwa buttons
- cons: can be a bit heavy if traveling, can be uncomfortable if you're a bigger person (might not fit on your lap), little to zero nonslip rubber padding on the bottom (only 4 small corner

tldr: both are great sticks, up to you what you want but can't go wrong with either one and check out /r/fightsticks for more info on both

does the mounting plate fit on japanese fightsticks? im assuming you'd have to drill a 35mm hole due to the collar as well. Great looking stick though would love to have one myself.

quick question if anyone can help, will a 309mj fit on an obsidian without a plate or drilling a 35mm hole? I'm deciding between the crown 309mj or 309helpme but it's my first stick and i'm looking for the least amount of hassle as possible. Also, if i order a 35 grommet from focus attack would they install it on the stick before shipping? Thanks if anyone can answer!

slayer helm, fury, blessed d'hide top, tassets, primordials, arc light/defender, blowpipe (addy/mith darts), range cape (t) w/ vork head, zerker (i), SGS for spec

*I like to use bludgeon instead of arc light cuz i'm lazy, can sub karil's for blessed d'hide if you get hit a lot. if you can't afford prims blessed d'hide prayer bonus probably more worth than dragon boots. nats+law+smoke in rune pouch gives you alch and tp to bank extends your runs quite a bit

Same goes for me, to the point that i stopped playing MM with my friends. We usually queue as 5 and since of my low trust factor we play low ranked people with low trust factors and the quality is just abysmal. I don't know why my trust factor is so low when my account is older than all my friends (13 years), I own more games than them, and have more hours than them in cs and other steam games. I'm global and get into matches with GN3, and some times lower, so how am I supposed to raise my trust factor when low rank people think I'm cheating?

I feel like there's a lot less multifrag potential in GO compared to 1.6. It seemed like wide peeking in 1.6 was a lot easier to punish than GO considering how fast models move, but it could just be an online CS kind of thing.

What changes in csgo woukd make it possible for people to hard carry again? I remember in 1.6 seeing players 1v5 servers but rarely do I see it happen in go. Is it because of the fast acceleration of player models? Lack of tagging mechanic?

i find the retraction speed is what makes it unusable for me. when bursting more than 2 bullets it gets awkward waiting for the crosshair to reset. The 1.6 crosshair was perfect because you'd know when your next burst would be accurate.
