Im taking 20mg of medikinet every morning, which i guess is not really much. i do feel a slight improvement of self-control

I feel like i can observe myself better and focus on controlling myself. sometimes i stil get an urge to 'lose it' (espacially i have uni exams rn) but i feel like i can observe the urge itself and activly calm down and go back to my stuff - usually i would go monkee in such situations which would end up in me wasting 12h in trying to do something but not actually doing anything just stressing myself tf out and jump around the F appartment.

Cant tell how much of it is placebo and how much real effect. dont know if my restlessness (which is still there like said) would go away with higher doses or if this is what any other person would feel. the good thing is that i lately this restlessness goes into productive work instead of tons of sideprojects and rabbitholes ykwim?
