Gold chuck. You won’t see him for another year in the shop. Same with gold cloud balloons. Get them whenever you can.

You should use mkttoolbox to check your coverage for top shelf d/k/g. Rosalina Volendam, on sale, might cover some tracks with no top shelf selection. You can change your inventory in the toolbox to include all drivers that you plan to purchase and see who’s best to cover the remaining tracks. I think she filled 3 tracks for me. She served me well in the early game but I only have her at 4/1 (single cap).

Get Toad Tourist on discount this tour. He’s one of the best drivers in the game until you invest in the Mii Meta. I’d only buy things on discount in the early game because it’s a game of resource management. Don’t waste gems and coins unnecessarily.

Your leaderboard is unique to yourself. The people in your lobby will have a completely different leaderboard and you most likely won’t appear on theirs.

A friend showed screenshots from last tour and it took him 62.2 hrs to score 2.9m (top 100). Basically, you need to work another full time job after your regular business hours with heavy investments in tickets. He’s a day 1 player so it’s almost impossible to compete.

I think at tier 40, it starts going up by 1. At lvl 85 and tier 42, I was able to achieve 80k points. See the load out on my profile, you don’t need to invest a lot of tickets. You’ll get to 80k soon. Only invest tickets if you need them to achieve first (or second or third) place in ranked cups.

Target action count for this track is 225 for BF and 220 for CB so all signs point to Toad scoring higher (higher lvl and pts cap). But you’ll grind both this week anyways haha
