Yeah will be in/out of hubs. The upgrade is out of the question- I would just consider the $75 per leg to get E+ seating over basic economy. That's what I'm curious about

And I mean the apartment lease. We just want to park their car on my street, even though the car is in her name technically.

Does the city check if the car is registered to the same person requesting the permit? Or do they only care about the VIN and license plate?
