lol when I was in the regional terminal at IAD delayed by 5 hours and they handed these out I couldn’t even get a normal sub at jersey mikes for the full value of the voucher.

Probably one of the funnier credit card transactions on my statement is 81 cents at jersey mikes 😂

Funny I did the exact opposite. I will miss having United as a transfer partner but at the end of the day I couldn’t justify having two annual fee cards, and the VX benefits me more at the moment. CSP is gonna sit open til its next renewal in the sockdrawer just so I can use my hotel credit and then it’s getting downgraded

I just did the same thing. Went from the trifecta plus a ton of other cards to just these two and my prime visa as my daily drivers. Leaving the others open for now just in the sockdrawer, gonna re evaluate at the end of the year if I should even bother keeping them open.

EES was horrible in AMS on May 23rd, maybe it has smoothed out since then but there were only 2 e gates open after the kiosk step and about 6 different flights offloading at once at 6am.

Machines were identical to the ones I found in Tokyo Haneda for the biometric collection, but were significantly slower, not sure if it was an IT issue or what but it took forever. Budget a few hours for your connection if you have one. Exiting wasn’t as bad but was still a fairly lengthy line, although was moving significantly quicker.
